Brympton House

If you’re looking for a wake venue in Somerset which offers the privacy to mourn the loss of a loved one and to celebrate their lives in private, Brympton House is the location. 

Brympton House is the closest venue available for exclusive hire to Yeovil Crematorium; within 1.2 miles and a 4 minute drive.

The venue has ample free car parking, and is located just off the A303, easily accessible.

The House is in a quiet and secluded countryside location, situated within a beautifully landscaped walled garden, with access to a terrace which has plenty of outdoor seating.

The grounds are not open to the public, leaving you to enjoy exclusive use of the house and gardens extensive facilities.

We have a choice of options available. 

The Great Hall can accomodate up to 100 guests for a standing buffet, whilst the light and airy Ballroom can comfortably seat 228 guests. 

Our professional caterers can supply a selection of reasonably priced funeral teas and buffet options with impeccable, attentive service. We can also provide a staffed, licensed bar for alcoholic and soft drinks.

There is sufficient space for flowers and photographs, wifi and a music system for background music.
