Arco String Quartet

Arco is an award-winning professional string quartet and string duo based in Newcastle upon Tyne, comprising two violins, viola and cello (quartet) or violin and cello (duo). With a large repertoire of pop covers, jazz, film/TV themes, hymns and popular classical music you can tailor the music to suit your loved one and your event.

Our aim is to be responsive, sensitive, professional, and flexible to seamlessly create the appropriate atmosphere for you. We play at funerals, memorials and other events across the North East including Durham, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, and Teesside.

We have a large selection of music from traditional classical through to jazz, pop and film/TV themes. We always tailor our choice of music to suit you and will work with you to select appropriate repertoire.
