If you ask to see the record of personal data held on our database your request will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.
How we handle business data
We consider any individual entity with a business relating to funerals to be classed as a business for the purpose of this website.
We store and display business data that is in the public domain and/or that we believe to be correct.
Business data that has been deleted is not visible to the public but remains on our secure database for up to 10 years, but only while there is a specific business purpose for doing so.
